We are currently full, but we will have one of these available in May, a couple available in June, and a couple more in August. These are 2-bedroom, 2 bath houses as pictured below. These units are designed for roommates with over-sized bedrooms to accommodate a small sitting area or desk, and still have enough room for a king-sized bed. Each bedroom has its own master bath and walk-in closet. These 2-bedroom, 2-bath houses are around 1100 sq. ft and rent for $1,500.00 per month with a one-year lease requirement. Every unit has all appliances, including full sized washer and dryer. The $1,500 per month rental rate includes water, sewer, trash and we do all of the yard work too! You pay the electricity and cable/satellite/internet if you want it. These units are around 1 mile from campus on a private cul-de-sac just off of Old Taylor Road. There is a bus stop less than 100 yards from all of our units as well, so you have easy access to campus and downtown Oxford.
